The purchase of a Halsgrove Digital Download is the purchase of a personal non transferable licence, not a sale of the Download or its content. You are granted personal, non commercial use of the download according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Your use of the Licensed Download indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

You may only reproduce and store the Licensed Download content for your personal use. Reproduction of Licensed Download contents for any other purpose is expressly prohibited.

You may not use the Licensed Download on more than one computer system concurrently, make or distribute unauthorized copies of the Licensed Download (including uploading to the internet in any form) or use, copy, modify, or transfer the Licensed Download, in whole or in part, except as expressly permitted by this Agreement. If you transfer possession of the Licensed Download to a third party, this license is automatically terminated. Such termination will be in addition to any civil or other remedies available to Halsgrove.

The entire contents of the Licensed Download are protected by copyright. You may not remove, delete, transmit in whole or in part, or create derivative works from any of the Licensed Download content. All logos, navigation schemes, designs features and in particular images in the Licensed Download are the property of or controlled by Halsgrove and may not be copied or reproduced (other than for personal use) or used in derivative works or uploaded to the internet without specific permission from Halsgrove.

The Licensed Download is provided without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied including without limitations accuracy, omissions, completeness or implied warranties or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or any other incidental damage arising out of the use or the inability to use it. This Agreement is governed by English law.
